More corruption in the U.S. Marine Corps is revealed by this whistle blower. It doesn’t look right based on the story how the retired Marine Commandant’s son was promoted and sent to Hawaii. There is so much political correctness in the Marine Corps the current commandant can’t focus on winning the war in Afghanistan. The whole urination video situation could have been handled by the current commandant by him just saying that the safety, welfare and health of Marines and their families was paramount, and these snipers would receive the treatment they needed for battle fatigue. End of story. But, no, he did not handle it properly from the start, and that is that the welfare and safety of these snipers and their families was paramount. Now, as a result, he finds himself in this bind, undue command influence, and other bad decisions which have reflected badly on him. Links from around the GWOT:
