Afghanistan Today, the GWOT Hotspot (The Afghanistan Scandal?) 6-17-13-Mon.

When I started this blog in 2008, I had no idea the Afghanistan war would turn into such a scandal and still be ongoing. The date for the U.S. to leave Afghanistan was extended to 31 December 2014. The US troops are in retrograde now, meaning they are tearing down bases and packing up to leave. It is my hope and prayer they can pack up and leave before this date.
