Afghanistan Today, the GWOT Hotspot (The Afghanistan Scandal?) 3/10/14: Mon. (296 days to go)

leave a comment »

296 days left for American troops in Afghanistan as they complete retrograde operations and leave by 31 December 2014.

In the meantime, good news comes out: The US Geological Service (USGS) has released new maps of Afghanistan which provide as they call it, a “fingerprint” of natural resources in Afghanistan. This is good news because the US is in debt, running a huge deficit, and cutting their own military. The US taxpayer can no longer afford to fund and equip the Afghan military. With this map “fingerprinting” natural resources in Afghanistan, this will help them to find and mine the natural resources and pay for their own government and military.

1.) Natural resource maps by USGS “fingerprint” resources in Afghanistan. Good news, they can use their natural resources to fund their own government and military as the US can no longer afford it. Bravo. Link:
