The was in Afghanistan and to a lesser extent, in Iraq, wages on. In the meantime, at Camp Lejeune, 5,000 military personnel celebrate Cultural Diversity Day. I would believe Marines with diverse injuries should have been honored. I would think it should be a Celebrate America day! This would have been diversity. If Marines have time to plan  for this, why not send them to war? Meanwhile, the request from Gen. McChrystal for up to 46,000 trooops simmers while Pres. Obama decides if he should scrap McChrstal’s plan, which I think he should do. It is not a plan that leads to victory. Various links from around the GWOT:
